IRF520 Driver Module

Overview

This IRF520 power transistor module is suitable in your projects if you need to control low impedance loads such as LED power or engines, and if you need to switch to high frequency, so you don't need to use a relay. The module is designed to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital pin of your micro-controller.

Using original IRF520 power MOS tube, PWM output can be adjusted. It can drive loads up to 24V, such as LED light strips, DC motors, micro water pumps, solenoid valves. Using PWM adjustment can realize LED stepless dimming and motor stepless speed regulation.

Note: A heat sink is required to drive loads above 1A
