Features

1. The product uses sufficient materials and adopts a customized radiator. Scope of Application

1. DIY an output adjustable car power supply, only need to connect to the input 12V power supply, the output voltage can be adjusted freely (14V-80V), but the output voltage cannot be lower than the input voltage.

2. Universal car laptop power supply. The input is connected to a 12V power supply, and the output is adjusted to the voltage required by the notebook to work.

3. Boost charger, can use 12V power supply to charge higher than 12V battery, such as 24V battery, and the charging current can be adjusted.

4. To supply power to electronic equipment, as long as the voltage is adjusted to the required voltage and the current does not exceed the rated current, it can work normally.

5. The system front-end power supply, when working on a project, the input is 12V-18V, the system board needs about 24V power supply and the power is very large, the power of the ordinary DC-DC module is too small, then this module does not need to be debugged directly The machine can work, and it can easily achieve high efficiency and high power boost.


Module Application Examples:

1. The input voltage is 12V and the current is 8.73A, the boost output voltage is 20V and the current is 5.0A, the module efficiency is about 86%, and the output voltage and current are stable.

2. The input voltage is 54V and the current is 13.5A, and the output is 58V and the current is 12A. Using a 5Ω1Kw resistor as a load test, the efficiency is 95%.

3. The module outputs 965W test chart, and uses 5Ω1Kw resistance as load test.


Pay Attention

1. During use, please power on the module first, and then connect to the load. This is especially important in high-power loads.

2. The input voltage must be stable, especially some low voltage (12V) input power supply voltage will drop below 10V when the load is connected, and it is easy to break down the power tube at this time.

3. Try to avoid the upper limit and lower limit of the input voltage to avoid damage to the module caused by voltage fluctuations.

4. Do not connect the fuse for power-on test after the fuse is burned. The cause must be eliminated before powering on. Generally, the fuse burned is a power tube breakdown.

5. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the current by short-circuiting the load.

6. Two or more modules cannot be used in parallel for input and output at the same time, otherwise the current limiting function will fail.

7. The voltage difference that is not suitable for input and output is small, otherwise the constant current function is not guaranteed. For example, some friends use a 12v battery to boost to 14v to charge a 12V battery. If the current is too high, it will burn insurance.

8. The normal voltage of the module is normal, and some notebook computers cannot be charged and used. This is a non-quality problem, because current computers have recognition functions and may refuse to use non-original chargers.


Special Note

The module has a constant voltage and constant current function, but because it is a non-isolated boost mode, due to its characteristics, the constant current range is related to the input and output voltage and load.

Constant current range: For battery charging, we recommend that the input voltage of the module is less than the discharge cut-off voltage of the battery, and the output is equal to the battery charge cut-off voltage, otherwise we do not guarantee the constant current range. Resistance load to test the constant current range will be relatively narrow, minimum current = input voltage divided by load impedance, maximum current = output voltage divided by load impedance, so the constant current value has a maximum and minimum value, not how much you want to adjust Just as big as you want.

Suggestions for charging the battery: adjust the output voltage to the battery charging cut-off voltage, then adjust the current-limiting potentiometer to the minimum position, connect the battery, string the ammeter, and adjust to the current you need. It should be noted that the charging current decreases as the battery voltage increases during the charging process.

Amazing device

I recently bought a 100 w solar panel to charge my power station and run my new solar fridge. But was only getting about 85 % percent output until I watched a youtube video on this device and learned how to use it to get 97 % plus percent out of my solar panel.
